2. Delivery & Access

Digital products are delivered electronically, typically immediately or shortly after your purchase is confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details so we can deliver your product.

If you do not receive your product, or you have trouble accessing it, contact us and we will make sure you get what you paid for.

3. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own household. You may:

• Download and view the product on devices you own or control;
• Cook from and reference the product for your own personal use;
• Make a personal backup copy for your own records.

4. Usage Restrictions

To protect the work of our team, you may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute the product;

5. Refunds

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, they are non-refundable. If there is a genuine problem with your product — such as a corrupted file — please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

All digital products remain the intellectual property of Chefelora Kitchen. Your purchase grants a license to use the product as described above; it does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.
